Going to Bali you have many options; At the North side have Kuta beach, Seminyak and Sanur. The south side; Nusa Dua, Uluwatu and Jimbaram.
The best way to visit the south is renting a scooter. Don't you have a driver licence? Don't worry, rent a scooter and bring 50000 Rupiahs with you to give to the police man. Don't forget your helmet!
To reach Uluwatu by scooter, just take a road southbound behind the airport and follow the signs. If you want to go a bit far, take a tour to Ubud, the tour is nice. They take you to visit some handicraft places and a volcano.
